An important person in the Others camp, Juliet is Jack's "interrogator". It appears that she may have a relationship with their leader Ben, but we also have seen Ethan working on her house.
Kate Dodd/Austen/Ryan
Kate was traveling as a prisoner of a U.S. Marshal. She seems desperate to get off the island quietly. She is involved in a love triangle of sorts with Saywer and Jack.  (more)

Father to Walt, designer and primary builder of the raft. The first person who Sun confided her knowledge of English to.  (more)
Mr. Eko
Survivor from the tail section. Has an accent that seems to indicate he is from an island in the Carribean region, or perhaps somewhere in Africa.  (more)
 
Sayid Jarrah
Former military communications officer and a survivor of the Oceanic crash. He has taken a role in organizing people to form an island society and in creating devices to attempt to make contact outside of the island.  (more)
Sun Kwon
Sun is the daughter of a wealthy Korean and the wife of Jin. She is knowledgeable in the use of herbal remedies. As time has passed on the island, she has found her courage and independence.  (more)
 
Walt Lloyd-Porter
Walt is the ten year old son of Michael Dawson. He has lived abroad with his mother most of his life, and did not know his father until mere days before the plane crash.  (more)

Sister to Zack. Their mother was waiting for them in Los Angeles. Ana promised her she would get them back to Los Angeles. Emma was captured by the Others.

Originally, the survivors believed that this man was the leader of the Others. Now that we know Ben, it is clear that he is simply someone higher up in the organization.

Survivor in the tail section, from Canada. He was on a company retreat in Australia and stayed a few weeks later to sight-see. He was suspected by Ana to be one of the Others. Goodwin released and killed him so Ana would not find out he was not.

Pilot
Person who flies the aircraft. The pilot of Flight 815 decided to turn around and head for Fiji when the radio went out. He survived the crash with a concussion. He informed Jack and Kate of their location before being taken by the monster.

Scott Jackson
Passenger on Flight 815. He worked for an internet company in Santa Cruz. He was murdered by Ethan Rom during which act many of the bones in his body were broken.

Emily Annabeth Locke
John Locke's estranged mother. She apparently spent some time in a sanitarium. She led Locke to his father when Mr. Cooper offered her money to do so.

A woman Locke met at an anger management group. He dated her for a while afterward. She helped him steer away from the anger he felt toward his father by forcing him to make a choice and take a leap of faith.

Hibbs
Con man. He put Sawyer on Frank Duckett's trail. He claimed he was doing it as a favor, because of 'The Tampa Job', but he was actually conning Sawyer into doing his dirty work for him.

Son of a hotel owner. A matchmaker set Sun up with him. Sun believed they would form a relationship, however, he had a woman in the United States whome he met at Harvard and planned to marry.  (more)

Jason McCormick
Picked up for assaulting an elderly woman in Echo Park. He confessed to the shooting of Ana Lucia. Ana denied he is the one who shot her. Outside a bar, Ana killed him with her service weapon.

Wife of Sam Toomey. They went to fair where he won a bean counting contest using the numbers. That night, they got into an accident where she lost her leg. She explained to Hurley where the numbers came into Lenny and Sam's lives.

Nadia
The woman Sayid loves. They knew eachother as children and were reunited when she was captured by the Republican Guard. He was on the plane in pursuit of her.  (more)

Hugo Reyes' boss at Mr. Cluck's Chicken Shack. It has been confirmed in the Lost S2 DVDs that this is the same person as Locke's boss.

The woman who eventually became Jack's wife. She was involved in a horrible auto accident that crushed her spine. Jack performed surgery on her and healed her. Her fiance left her after the accident, but she then decided to marry Jack.  (more)

Walt's mother. Fought Michael to give up his paternal rights to Walt so that she could move to Rome with their child and he could be adopted by Brian Porter.  (more)

Thomas
Claire's ex-boyfriend and Aaron's father. He convinced her that they should have the baby, only to leave halfway through Claire's pregnancy when the pressure of impending fatherhood got to him.

Childhood sweetheart of Kate. Kate feels responsible for his death because he died while trying to help her excape arrest.  (more)

Kate's alcoholic stepfather, who abused her mother. Kate discovered that Wayne was her biological father, not the man she grew up with. Kate killed him by blowing up his house, but her excape was hampered when her mother turned her in.

Big MikeThe moniker used for Ana's partner with the LAPD.
BryanShannon was living with this man in Sydney. Boone attempted to 'rescue' her from him, yet found out she was scamming him for money. In the end, Bryan left Shannon and took the money with him.
Byung HanSecretary for Environmental Saftey in Korea. Jin is sent to his home by Mr. Paik to inform him that Paik was displeased. Jin ends up saving his life by beating him up, rather than let another of Paik's employees kill him.
CalderwoodOfficer that reviews James Ford's file in Sydney. He informs James (Sawyer) that he is being deported and is never to enter Australia again.
Captain CortezAna Lucia's boss and mother. She assigned Ana to a desk position in the evidence department. After Ana complained, she assigned her to patrol.
Carmen ReyesHugo's mother. Bitterly sarcastic about her son's lifestyle. She is not impressed by how Hugo changes his life after he wins the lottery. At her new house, which caught fire, she broke her ankle.
ConnerTom's 22 month old son.
DavidJess's husband. Sawyer's mark. David was upset that Sawyer will not go through with the deal after David and Jess's son walked into the room, reminding Sawyer of himself when he was young and the same thing was done to his parents.
Diego ReyesHugo's brother. His wife's name was Lisa. She left him for a waitress.
DominiqueCo-worker of Shannon in the ballet class; also her roommate. She was asked to be an au pair by the father of one of the students.

Francis Price HeathertonLucy's father. He owns many companies including one that sells copiers and gave Charlie a job. He also was a member of a band called Protestant Reformation in his youth.
Gabriela BissoneDaughter of Angelo, traveled to St. Sebastians to help her father and be his translater. Jack was trying to comfort her after her fathers death, and she kissed Jack.
Gas station clerkThe gas station clerk where Hurly bought his winning lotto ticket had a press conference regarding the winning ticket at his store. He identified Hugo as the winner of the multi-million dollar lottery before Hugo was ready for anyone to know.
Grandpa TitoHurley's grandfather. During a news conference about Hurley winning a multi-million dollar lottery, he dropped dead of a heart attack. During his funeral, the priest was struck by lightning.
HaddadHead of the terrorist cell in Australia. He ordered Essam to be martyr in the planned assault.
Helen (phone operator)Operator on a phone line which Locke pays $89.95 an hour to call. They have been talking for eight months. Locke wishes to take Helen to Australia to him, however Helen thinks of him only as a client.
JasonKate's boyfriend. He appeared to be the leader in a heist at the bank, however, Maggie was the one who put him up to it. After Kate gained access to the bank vault, she shot her accomplices and ordered the manager to open safety deposit box 815.
JessThe woman who Sawyer was seducing as part of his grift in episode 1x8.
JohnnyCo-worker of Hugo at Mr. Cluck's Chicken Shack. He quit at the same time Hugo did. He appeared to be upset upon learning that Hugo won the muti-million dollar lottery.
KarenLiam's wife and the mother of his daughter Megan.
KevinSarah's fiance. He balked upon hearing the extent of her injuries. The two never married. We can surmise he decided not to go through with the wedding or see Sarah again, although that is not yet clear.

LaurenceA friend of Hibbs. He ran a couple scams with him in the United States. He provides Sawyer with a 357 handgun with hollow-point rounds.

Henry GaleBalloonist from Minnesota who crashed on the island with his wife, Jennifer about four months prior, possibly longer. When he was being held by the survivors, Ben tried to pass himself off as Henry Gale, but Sayid proved that he was lying.
HowardSomeone with the last name Howard is listed among the dead of flight 815. However, the seat Claire says he was assigned (23C) is where Jack moves to in order to keep Rose company.
JeanieLocke's sister in foster care. She died when he was young. After her death, a stray dog took up residence in her room and comforted his mother.
JoannaBarbara Joanna Miller died swimming off the coast of the island. She had been scuba diving in the great barrier reef. After her death, Kate tries to steal her passport.

RobertDanielle's love. He was a part of the science team that shipwrecked on the island. Gave her a music box that comforts her on the island. She killed him after she believed he became infected.
Sam ToomeyMember of the US Navy during World War II. Heard the numbers with Leonard Simms. Used the numbers to win a bean guessing contest and unfortunate events began to occur. Eventually committed suicide. Survived by his wife, Martha, in Kalgoorlie, Australia.
Steve and KirstenEngaged couple listed among the dead of flight 815.
TheresaBoone's nanny. When he was 9, he used to torment her by making her run up and down the stairs to tend to him. She fell down the stairs and broke her neck.
TracySurvivor of Flight 815. Resided in Fresno with her husband and two kids. According to Sawyer, she slept close to Scott (actually meant Steve).
Warren TrussAustralia's Minister for Agricultre, Fisheries and Forestry. Sawyer was arrested for head-butting the minister in a bar in Sydney.
